PAID MEDIA (PPC) FOR B2B
Paid media that puts qualified leads in your CRM this quarter.
Your budget should not be used as a junior's training exercise while the clock runs. With us, here's what you get instead:
- Live in seven working days
- Every channel your economics justify, none they don't
- Tracking you can actually stand behind
Proof, not promises

We'd burned through three agencies and had almost nothing to show for it. Ben and Sarah had qualified leads coming into our pipeline within three weeks. By month four we'd doubled our monthly lead volume. It was the difference between me making my numbers and not.
Paid media isn't just one channel, and backing the wrong one costs you months (and money) you can't get back.
We start from your economics, your market size, what people are actually searching for, and your average deal value, then run only the channels that maths supports.
Google Search
Reach customers already looking for what you sell. The warmest, highest-intent traffic you can buy, and usually where we start if the demand is there.
Microsoft (Bing) Ads
The same intent as Google, cheaper, with an audience that skews older, more corporate and more enterprise. Worth running alongside Google when your buyers sit in that world.
LinkedIn Ads
Target the specific accounts and buying titles that fit, put your name in front of them early, and create the demand your other channels can capture later.
Meta for B2B
Underrated for B2B and far cheaper than LinkedIn for reach and retargeting, when your buyers are reachable there.
Programmatic and YouTube
Get in front of accounts across the web and build familiarity over a long B2B cycle.
Retargeting
Convert the demand your other channels created, at a fraction of cold prices. This is almost always worth running.
ChatGPT Ads
NewThe buyers you want are already in ChatGPT, comparing their options. ChatGPT Ads puts you in that conversation.
- Get in front of buyers while they're still deciding, not after they've shortlisted someone else
- Set up and measured properly, so you know what it's actually producing, not just what it reports
- Run as a contained test on its own budget, so your working channels never take the hit
A few things matter most at your size:
- Pipeline visibility and forecasting
- Integrations with your current stack
- Room to scale without re-platforming
Tell me your team size and I'll narrow it down.
Paid media does two jobs.
At any given moment, only around 5% of your market is actually looking to buy. The rest, the 95%, will buy eventually but aren't searching yet. Winning both means doing two different jobs:
Capture
Capture the demand that already exists.
The buyers already looking for you are the warmest you'll reach, and catching them at the moment of intent is fast and easy to measure. It's also a fixed ceiling. Once you've reached everyone searching, there's no one left to sell to, and growth stalls.
Create
Create the demand that doesn't.
Most of your market isn't searching yet, so they'll never find you that way. Reach them before they're in-market to ensure you're the name they already trust when they do start looking. It's slower, but it's what lifts the ceiling capture runs into.
The two people you meet are the two people in your ad account.
You brief Ben and Sarah, and they run it, your campaigns, hands on. No account manager, no junior taking the work once you've signed, and no briefing chain between you and the people spending your budget.
Live in seven working days.
Seven working days from kickoff to live campaigns. Give us account access and sign-off on day one and the clock starts. We've done this enough to know exactly what we need from you and when, so nothing waits on a chase.
What actually happens in your first 90 days.
The first quarter is the same whether you're building from nothing or taking it back off an agency.
Week 1: Go live
We get access, put enough tracking in place to measure from the first click, and get your campaigns live within seven working days. Give us access and sign-off on day one and the clock starts.
Week 2: Fix the foundations
While your first campaigns run, we fix what the numbers rest on: conversion tracking that credits the whole path instead of the last click, and a CRM that knows where each lead came from. Built properly if you're starting from scratch, untangled if a previous agency left it a mess.
Week 3: Fine-tune
We move budget toward what's producing signal, which in B2B is nearly always high-intent search first, and cut what isn't.
Weeks 4-6: First leads
The first leads land in your CRM. We treat them as data, not a verdict. One quarter of a considered sales cycle isn't proof of the channel.
By Day 90: A read you can take upstairs
You'll have enough to say something true to your board. Either it's working and here's what scaling costs, or it isn't and here's what we're changing.
One retainer, priced to the work.
Retained engagements start from €3,000 a month, on a three-month minimum. What you pay scales to the channels your numbers actually support, worked out with you before either side commits.
Tell us your target, and we'll tell you whether paid can hit it.
Thirty minutes, no deck. You'll leave knowing whether each channel makes sense at your stage, roughly what it would take to see results, and whether we're the right two people to run it for you.
